All visits are scheduled by appointment in advance.

Arrival & Timing

We always do our very best to arrive on time for every scheduled visit. Because we work closely with animals, occasional delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances. If we are ever running behind, you are welcome to call or text us for an update.

Please know that your time is important to us, and we promise we will be with you as soon as it is safe and possible to do so. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Services & Pricing

Pricing is based on the type of visit, number of miniature horses requested, and travel distance (when applicable). All pricing reflects preparation time, transportation, and the highest level of care for our horses.

Hospice Visits

We are honored to partner with hospice organizations to provide comfort and meaningful moments for patients, families, and staff.

Pricing:

• $150 flat rate per nursing home or facility

• Includes travel up to 50 miles from our home location

• Includes one miniature horse

• Includes a custom blanket embroidered with the hospice’s name

This rate applies to each nursing home or facility the hospice schedules us to visit.

Additional Horse:

• A second miniature horse may be added for an additional $100

Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Facilities

Our miniature horse visits bring joy, engagement, and connection to residents and staff.

Pricing:

• $100 per miniature horse

• Travel fees apply (see Travel Fees below)

Additional Horse:

• Each additional miniature horse is $100

Schools & Educational Programs

We love visiting schools to provide engaging, educational, and memorable experiences.

Pricing:

• $100 per visit

• No travel fees, within Forsyth County

• Includes one miniature horse

Additional Horse:

• A second miniature horse may be added for an additional $100

Travel Fees

(Applies to Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Facilities only)

Due to rising fuel costs, a travel fee is added based on distance from our home location. This fee is charged in addition to the session cost.

• Within 35 minutes: $15

• Within 45 minutes: $20

• Within 50 minutes: $25

• Within 60 minutes: $30

• Over 60 minutes: $35
